Today, everyone DNFed the WOD. That means the workout was too hard for our gym, at the current moment. People gave it their best and nobody finished.
There have been quite a few this month where many people have DNFed but this has been the only one (so far, there’s still one day left) that nobody has finished. As a programmer and coach, this tells me two things:
1. This particular workout was too hard.
2. I need to emphasize scaling the workouts more.
Honestly, I think this is a good thing. It’s like lifting heavier and heavier until you finally get to failure. If you stop short, you never know. Now we know.
