Holiday Cheer

climbersThe tough/fun part about the holidays is that it breaks your routine.  The tough part is motivating yourself to get a workout during those days that there are no classes.  The fun part is figuring out what kind of a workout you should do once you do find the motivation.

In kids class today, like we do in almost every kids class, the conditioning was a series of short sprints.  There was 3 rounds 30 seconds of mountain climbers, followed by 30 seconds of sit ups followed by 30 seconds of burpees and then 30 seconds of rest.  Here’s hoping that this kind of training instills a love of movement in the students.
