As many of you noticed, ring dips are considerably more difficult than regular dips. Again, as many of you noticed, this is because the rings move – where as a normal set of dip bars don’t.
Maybe if we had a set of dip bars we’d use those too but since we don’t, we get to enjoy the experience of a difficult strength move coupled with a difficult balance move. Viva la difficulty!
