Keeping Each Other in Line

I was desperately trying to squeeze in the WOD last night before the Yoga class started and in the midst of a deadlift, one of the athletes said to me “stand all the way up”.

I thought “yep, I’m not getting the full range of motion in the deadlift.”  So I made sure I stood up all the way for the rest of the reps.  It was a great reminder for me that in the thick of racing the clock, it’s easy to cut motions short.

I guess the point of the post is to thank everyone for not just being students but coaches as well.  Keep each other (and your coaches) in line – make sure they are doing the movements correctly and through the whole range of motion.
