Enough Already!

Sometimes enough is just enough. We dedicate one hour to working out at our little CrossFit box-that-could. Sometimes we chose WODs that take longer than our dedicated hour. This Friday was one of those days.

“EVA”
5 Rounds
800 meter run
30 KettleBell swings
30 Pullups

The 800 meter run alone probably ate up at least 20 to 25 minutes, and unless you can do butterfly pullups like Chris Spealer, you probably ate a lot of time doing the pullups.
