We scrambled up one of the classic CrossFit workouts today – Angie.
We did:
50 Sit ups
10 rounds of
10 push ups
10 squats
10 pull ups
50 Sit ups
Normally, the workout is 100 of each of the four exercises. For most normal human beings, this means you’ve got to stop during the push ups and pull ups and take quite a few breaks. By busting it up into chunks of 10, the pace becomes a bit more steady.
Is it harder or easier than the standard Angie workout? You end up doing the same amount of pull ups, push ups, squats and sit ups, true. My personal conclusion is that they have very different feels but the only way to really know is to try both and see for yourself.
