Turn turn turn for the armbar

Today in BJJ class we went over how to get an armbar from the guard position. It is a fundamental technique. If you are struggling with this one (or don’t know it at all), spend 5 minutes a day with a partner practicing it against little to no resistance.

The beautiful thing about the set up for this move is that it dovetails so nicely in to several other moves. In other words, if you learn the armbar from the guard, you will be able to scaffold off of that and learn several other moves.
