Can you touch the cone without knocking it over? How fast can you get to the cone?
This game is a great one for the younger kids. It can be spiced up (like all games) with some burpee penalties or victory laps. 10 burpees if you knock over a cone. 1 victory lap (run around the edge of the mat) if you touch all the cones without knocking any over.
The connection, for me, between this drill and martial arts is control. Can the students demonstrate good control on the cones? Can they demonstrate light contact with a pad? Can they demonstrate super light contact on each other?
