We’re going to be doing the Gi thing in grappling class for a while, so if you’ve got one and you’re planning on coming in, bring it. If you’ve got a Gi and you’re not planning on grappling, feel free to donate it to the bin. If you don’t have a Gi and you want to grapple, come on in.
Today we went over sequence from guard top. We passed the guard with the baseball slide, took side control and then took a rather anguishing neck crank/shoulder submission from there. I’m not sure I can describe it any better than the photo – so go ahead and use that as your reference.
