Theme of the Week: In the Air

There’s nothing quite so fun and satisfying as landing a good jump kick.  Well, okay, a spinning jumping kick is pretty sweet too but we’ll stick with just the straight jump kicks for now.

Okay.  So jumping kicks are fun.  But are they useful?  Can anyone actually do anything with them?  Heck yeah.  Go watch Lyoto Machida knock out Randy Couture here.  Fun stuff.
