Anyone been to our benchmark site lately? It’s all spiffed up and ready to receive all those beefy strength benchmarks you are posting this month. Right? Right.
On the opposite end on of the spectrum, we went down to the track today to do a little running ladder. Made me want a good watch so I could pay more attention to my split times and adjust my pace accordingly – like I can do on the rower display… or maybe I should just run faster.
