For All Ages?

Today for kid’s class we did the same thing that the adult classes have been doing all week – foot sweeps.  I wasn’t sure how far we’d get.  I didn’t know if I would stall out as a teacher, finding myself unable to communicate the material or if the students would stall out because of the difficulty of the material.

I was shocked by how well everyone did.  By the end of class, students not only grasped the basic idea but were getting some decent sweeps in.  Kudos to all the students for their willingness to take the technique one step at a time and building things up slowly.
