In other news… April is “do your form twice a day” month. That means what it sounds like. Do it. If you missed a day or two already, cheat just this time and do a few catch-up run throughs. Check for the giant poster, write your name on it and start doing your form twice a day – inside, outside, at class, out of class – wherever and whenever.
