Repeat

Last week in grappling class, we looked at head and arm position.  This week with grappling class, we looked some more at head and arm position.  Why do the same work two weeks in a row?  Because there are always more counters, more submissions, more set ups, more subtleties… more stuff.

Today we looked at the same counters from last week plus one more.  It involves hooking under the ribs with the arms and throwing your partner over your opposite shoulder.  Though none of us actually managed it in a live roll, it definitely set up some of the other counters because everyone was so wary of it.  Plus having that radius bone dig into your floating ribs is uncool.

Check the whiteboard for feedback.
