Somebody Else’s Fifty

The chipper… that beast of a workout style that makes us visualize turning trees into sawdust.  Why?  Because when you do a chipper, you take a big list of exercises and piece by piece, turn it into sawdust.
Ours today was:
50 Lunges
50 Box Jumps
50 Push Presses
50 Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls
50 Wall Balls
50 Double Unders
50 Over Unders
50 Back Extensions

It made sawdust of us all:
Jay: 16.50
Wally: 17.41
Chris: 23.00
Spence: 26.05
Rob: 29.58
