Because you Asked

All that talk about couplets and then we go and do a workout with just one movement in it.  Crazy.  The nice part about single movement WODs is that there is no transition time.  There is no glancing at the whiteboard to remind yourself of what your doing.  The crummy part is you’re doing the same thing over and over again.. which maybe is incentive to get it done quicker.  Maybe.
The names of the athletes appearing in the film and the person who requested we do a benchmark have been changed to protect the innocent.
