Imagine a world free of back injury.  Go ahead, I’ll give you a moment.  Now, take a step further and imagine a world free of back pain.  Yes.  Take a few moments this time and savor that imaginary place.
Continuing on this imaginary journey picture a world where everyone did workouts that required both midline stabilization and abdominal work.  This, my friends, is the lost secret to avoiding back pain – an understanding of how the abdominal muscles function to hold us together.
