Too bad we just got another shirt design, because I had (another) brilliant idea. It’s a polo shirt. On the right side of the chest it’s got a small embroidered image of the monk (still holding the barbell overhead, of course) riding the pegicorn. Underneath the pegicorn there is some text that says “CrossFit Hillsdale”. Then, on the back, in large letters the shirt reads “Ask me about our Overhead Squats”.
Till this dream becomes a reality, keep practicing your overhead squats. It’s hard to imagine having another month where we have overhead squats appear as many times in workouts as they did in May but who knows? It’s not possible to do them too often, is it?
