A whole minute to do one pull up. Wow. If you didn’t bring a book, don’t worry, we’ve got a mini library inside the school. Then, you get a whole minute to do two pull ups. Hah. Take a stretch in between. Listen to the birds. Enjoy the spring air. Next it’s three in a minute…
Somewhere between minute five and minute ten you come to the realization that this workout is going to end eventually. The reps are growing. The time is staying the same. You’re getting less rest every set.
Then comes that doomful set where you finish your last rep with only three seconds to spare and now you’ve got to do one more than what you just managed to squeeze out in 57 seconds and you’re still tired and even if you make this set then the next one has even one more… how much longer can you survive?
Death By Pullups
With a running clock, do x pull ups on the minute where x=1+the number of minutes that have passed.
Score = rounds completed and any extra reps of your incomplete round.
