Some people say ring muscle ups are easier than bar muscle ups. I completely disagree. I’m not saying these people are wrong. I’m saying that it doesn’t make any sense to me.
The bar muscle up is done on an object (the bar) that doesn’t move. The ring muscle uo is done on an object (the rings) that moves. The bar muscle up doesn’t require any serious grip adjustment. The ring muscle up usually (false grip) does.
But I’m willing to entertain the argument. Can anyone explain to me how the ring muscle up is easier?
