Hail, Beowulf!

When you face three barbaric villains in the course of one story line, it isn’t necessarily their individual brutality that wears you down so much as the cumulative damage that gets you.

So it was today. Grendel was bad. Grendel’s mom was worse. The dragon wasn’t so bad but was made awful by the fatigue garnered from the first two fights.

10 burpees
Take a 1 minute rest between the 5 minute AMRAPs.
