Overhumble Squats

Triple threat squatters

In honor of all humans everywhere, we are renaming the overhead squat to the Overhumble squat. We are doing this with the utmost respect for any and all humans who have done even a single rep of the Overhumble squat. You all rock.

It is hard. It is ego crushing but you must keep the weights light. You must keep the depth honest. You must be patient until the mobility comes. Work the Overhumble. It will come to you if you put in the time. It may even change names back to overhead squat if you practice regularly.
