Kettlebell swingery

Today a student who had been out with an injury for a number of weeks came back to class. It was good to see them back, scaling the workout in a smart way and having fun.

What was even cooler for me was to overhear that another student had been sending them PT exercises and stretches the whole time they’d been injured in an effort to help. That made me feel like we’ve done a good job at creating a supportive community here at CrossFit Hillsdale.

(Wipes away tear and resumes doing burpees.)
