Triple digits at last!

Take a moment, when folks get a PR, to celebrate. Give them a high five, a hug or a compliment – whatever fits your socializing style. Then, go right back to coaching mode.

In the video above, Victoria hits a PR of 100 pounds. Awesome job. She jumps forward in the lift because she hits the bar forward. To be fair, she rarely does this. I suspect the weight made her nervous and rattled her form a bit. Many of us have this issue – our form is pretty good but when the weights get heavy we overthink things. (I’m definitely guilty of this as well.)

Nice job, Victoria! Keep the PRs coming.
