For those of you who were bummed about all the 7pm classes disappearing, one of them is back. There is a 7pm Wednesday class back on the schedule. It is a beginner CrossFit class. Like the Sunday beginner class, if you aren’t a beginner, you are still welcome and encouraged to attend.
It will be held ONLY on the black mat side (as there will be a Kung fu class going on at the same time on the soft mats).
And hey, if you know people who have been shying away from trying us out because the beginner class is on Sunday, tell them they now have one less excuse.
