A: 30 seconds of bridge, 30 seconds of rest
B: 30 seconds of hollow body rock, 30 seconds of rest
Part 2: Metcon
3 rounds for time
12 overhead squats (115/83)
15 pull ups
18/18 lateral hops over the barbell
