Squat More

Should we squat?  Yes.

But we’re doing a 3 position clean?  Surely you can’t mean for us to squat under the bar 3 times?  Actually, that’s exactly what I mean.  Squat.  Every time. The first time, the last time and also the time in between those two.

But here on the board it says we’re doing back squats for strength work and then we’re doing wall balls. Isn’t that too much squatting? No. It’s xlwarly not enough. Quit looking at the board and squat more.

But… but… but… No. Try squat, squat, squat. It sounds better.

A: 3 back squats
B: 3 weighted dips
Part 2: Metcon (16 minute cap)
4 rounds for time
21 wall ball (20/14)
63 double unders
