Forward!


Made the workout harder than usual.

Things need to be pushed forward or they inevitably begin to slide backwards. How will we know the margins of our capacity unless we occasionally huck ourselves against those margins? Forward!  Never mind the screams of those squirming on the ground.  Press on.
