imageNext year we need more weight vests, a grill and more beer. Hopefully we’ve got enough time to make that happen between now and Memorial Day of 2015.

For time, wearing a 20/14# weight vest, do:
Run 1 mile
Break up however you want:
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
Finish with another 1 mile run

Check the whiteboard for numbers.
