Staff Form

It felt great to jog over to Dewitt park and swing the staves around again!  In fact, it’s amazing how much more fun it is to do the staff form outside than inside.  Maybe it’s the fact that the weather is so amazing right now but I’d like to think that the form is simply designed to be done while surrounded by grass, trees and chirping birds.

Forms class will be staff form class for the next two months.  All (who want to learn to swing around a 5-6 foot stick) are welcome.
