Strength

Everyone has come to expect the strength days once a week.  Sure, they crop up on different days of the week, so you’re never really sure exactly where they are but you know they are there lurking somewhere within those seven days.
And slowly, everyone is getting used to the idea of skill weeks – where we drill a particular skill set for the whole week.  For skill week we’ve done handstands, kips, jump rope, striking and a host of other things.  So what would happen if we did a skill week that was about strength?  Lift, then WOD, right?

3 Squats
5,3,1 Overhead Squat
5,3,1 Front Squats
5,3,1 Back Squats
