Can’t Stop the Couplet

Some of you may have noticed that the workouts as of late seem to always be couplets.  Two movements, three to five rounds, go.  Why all the repetition?  Short answer: because couplets rule.
Why do they rule?  Because one movement becomes the rest for the other.  Can you recover from your front squat during a set of knees to elbows?  Hope so.  Can you recover from a set of knees to elbows during your front squat?  Share you secret with me, please.
So many couplets have occurred recently, we’ve run out of names…
