Hip Mobility!

It’s hip to be mobile.  As in it’s good to be able to move your hips and all the cool kids are doing it so you should be too.  How do you get more mobile in the hips?  Undoubtedly there are lots of ways but today we chose to do 150 mountain climbers to mobilize the hips.
Overkill?  No more than usual.  Plus I saw at least one athlete after the workout with noticeably more range of motion in his hip.  There you go.  The solution to those tight hip flexors?  More mountain climbers.
