Counting Funny

The morale of today’s story is if you can do all five reps of a set of Turkish get ups on one side, then switch and do five on the other side – you should.  Why?  Because everytime you switch the dumbbell or kettlebell it takes a good 3-10 seconds.  Add it up and that’s 18-90 seconds of switching time.  Time that could have been better spend getting more points.
And as we all know, it’s all about points.

At the 5 and 10 minute mark, you must stop and do 5 Turkish get ups (5 a side)
