Let Them Eat Cake!

I swear that the little figurine guy has shorts on – you just can’t see them behind the candle.  Really.  Scout’s honor.
So as I ended grappling class today and looked over at the CrossFit floor, I noticed way too many people in class… and people from the “other” Kung Fu school.  Something was up.  Turns out the scheming lot of students at my place decided to give me a special birthday WOD.
What can I say but… awesome.  Thank you to all the athletes, coaches, bakers and guest stars.  Special thanks to the wife for the idea.  Desperate to see photographic evidence of this sweat fest?  Go here.
Awesome birthday.  Which reminds me.  Does everyone (especially all those who participated in today’s workout) recall writing their birthday on the paperwork when they signed up?  Yeah.  Next time it might be you versus the world.  🙂
