No Commission, Promise

Got some time to surf the web?  Of course you do.  Looking for more info on how to be a better CrossFitter?  Of course you are.  Go get a CrossFit journal subscription.  It’s an online information resource, written by members of the community and it only costs $25 a year.
Sure, a lot of the articles are just rah-rah CrossFit filler, some are in questionable taste but many of them are genuinely informative – providing genuine insight into training .  If you have the time (and you do, because you’re reading this) then I think it’s totally worth it.  Within a couple of reads you’ll be able to spot the useless articles fairly quickly and skip straight to the good stuff.

Run ’em in, Squat ’em out
Run 1000 m, then do
2 Rounds
25 Knees to Elbows
75 Squats

Check the whiteboard for times.
