Going Fishing?

Ever find yourself aimlessly cruising the internet?  Of course you do.  Now instead of continuing your hours of research into what the difference between moths and butterflies, may I humbly suggest going fishing at other CrossFit sites.
That’s right.  Go fishing for cool workout ideas.  Find one (or two, or ten) you like and post it in the comments.  It (or some version of it) will eventually get used and you can feel proud that you contributed to the group pain growth at CrossFit Hillsdale.

The Production
15 minute time limt
First complete:  30,20,10 of

  • Pushups
  • KB snatches (24/16kg)

Then with the remaining time, AMRAP

  • 5 burpees
  • 20 double unders

Your score is the number of rounds completed in the AMRAP.

Check the whiteboard to see who has “clubbed” antennae and who has “varied” antennae.
