Comings and Goings

As per usual, if it’s going to be your last day with us, you get to pick/make the workout.  That means you get to know in advance what’s going to be on the whiteboard.  Exciting stuff.  Plus, you get to relish the experience of being the catalyst for every drop of sweat, every gasp for air and every dropped bar in the gym that day.
Cool stuff…. and may I be the first to say, it was great having you work out with us, Ben.  Hope to see you in December if you’re in town!

Check the whiteboard for times.  My apologies to the morning crew for writing it as 12 deadlifts instead of 15 – feel free to make up those extra 15 reps and tack it on to your total time.  🙂
