Press, Press, Press

This week we’ll be looking at the press family during our skill time.  That means making sure you’ve got a straight bar path – making sure you’re racking the bar nice and high up on the chest – making sure you’re getting under the bar when you jerk – making sure… you get the idea.  Lots of details about all the varieties of press that we can manage to get our hands and heads around.
So – come to class and be prepared to press lots of light weights so that in the future you may press heavy ones.  Yes.  Skill building is long term planning.  Practice now, PR later.
