O’er Head

You’re not scared of the overhead squat anymore.  You used to be but no longer.  You realized how difficult of a move it was for you so you’ve been hard at work on your weakness.  You’ve been doing pass throughs with your PVC pipe at home three times a week.  Twice a week after the workout, you grab a bar, throw some light weights on and bang out a couple of sets.
In fact, since your overhead squat has come along so far, it’s probably wise to concentrate on your next weakness.  Is it going to be GHD sit ups or muscle ups or …

15 Overhead Squats (95/65)
25 Box Jumps (20″)
35 Sit Ups
