Squat Heavy, Squat Often

For today’s squat menu we had weighted back squats.  For tomorrow, who knows?  I scan the menu and everything seems to have squats in the ingredient list.

Wall balls?  Thinly disguised front squats.
Thrusters?  Not disguised at all front squats.
Cleans?  More front squats.
Snatches?  Overhead squats.
Burpees?  Squat on the way down, squat on the way up.
Pull ups?  If you kip, there’s the top of the squat in there.
Kettlebell swings?  Squat like you mean it.
Double unders?  Alright, maybe not everything.

17 Knees to Elbows
