Run, Mama, Run!

Today we had a special running class with the group “Run Mama Run” in which we spent an hour on the track doing form drills and going over some running ideas like split times, pacing and tempo runs then finally we all came back to the gym and did a vicious quality CrossFit workout together.
Thanks to the CrossFitters for teaching our guests how to kip and thanks to our guests for bringing something new to the gym.  CrossFit is open source and we relish the opportunity to interface with others who are into fitness.

Check the whiteboard for times, or at least for those who still had the fine motor control to write their names on the board.
