Beyond

Are the workouts getting too easy for you?  No problem.  Slap on a twenty pound weight vest – or hold a baby for the whole time.  While they weigh the same, I suspect holding the baby might prove more difficult, especially when performing movements that require the use of the hands.  In such cases, perhaps a baby backpack or some other such swaddling device is necessary.
Whatever the case, we have ways of making things more difficult for you – should you require it.  You could do the benchmark “Annie” as prescribed – regular sit ups… but why not try it with GHD sit ups instead?
