Unwritten

No written number of reps?  No stated weight?  But what I am supposed to do?
Sometimes the burden is on the athlete.  How much can you do?  How much are you willing to try?  The fun is in the discovery.
Today we did the benchmark “Nicole” workout, which is a 20 minute AMRAP of pull ups – where everytime you drop off the bar you have to go run a penalty 400 meter… or as the runners prefer to think of it, squeeze out as many pullups as you can then go take a 400 meter rest.
Hopefully the experience was revealing for all who participated.
