Shake your Bodyweight

Like it when the workouts have what you’re good at?  Like it when the workouts poke you in that area you’re no good at?  Whatever the case, it was interesting to see everyone deal with the last two days workouts which had “bodyweight” written next to the barbell movements.
Aren’t air squats, pull ups, push ups and sit ups bodyweight enough?  Do we really need more?  Whatever this alarming trend portends and whatever the answers to these burning questions may be, it’s hard to say.  With all these oddities arising, biceps curls may even be on the horizon.

Swing, Pull and Push
3 Rounds
15 Toes to Bar
25 Deadlifts (Bodyweight)
35 Pushups
