When I sit down and write up the workouts, I try and guess how long it’s going to take athletes to complete them. Usually I’m fairly close. Today I had my expectations smashed – in a good way. When I came in the afternoon and saw the early morning scores, I figured they’d done something wrong. Then I saw some people really going for it and I had to admit it was possible to do this workout in four minutes.
It’s good to be surprised – Pooh and Piglet would certainly agree with me on this point.
