Summer solstice today. Let’s hope you celebrated the same way we did, by spending between 7 and 25 minutes hopping over pieces of plastic, throwing hunks of metal above our heads and laying prone while whirling about a 5 foot PVC pipe.
Perhaps the fun doesn’t really translate from the workout in to text… but trust me, a good time was had by all – how could we not enjoy the illustrious return of over/unders. Heck, for some of us this was the first time doing over/unders. That alone is cause for celebration.
