Credit and Blame

Who makes this stuff up?  What twisted, horrid individual sits in their moldy dungeon full of medieval torture devices and conjures these workouts from the depths of Tartarus and into the real world?
Usually me – but in today’s case, I merely followed the lead of the folks at CrossFit HQ.  This is their doing – so if you need someone to blame for today, it can be them.
