Dizzy?

Every athlete who came in today now knows that bear walks may cause dizziness.  It’s certainly unhelpful upon finishing the bear walks to discover that pukey feeling creeping about in one’s torso.  Not cool.
What’s the solution?  More bear walks?  Maybe.  There are lots of moves that produce dizziness.  In my experience, if you practice cartwheels and sommersaults on a regular basis (a couple times a week) you’ll find a great increase in your tolerance for dizziness – as in you won’t get as dizzy from stuff like bear walks and tootsie rolls.
Is doing cartwheels twice a week worth it?  Sure.  Plus you’ll have a trick to show off at your next family reunion.
