The good news is that all of us have plenty of room to improve on our Olympic lifts. We can jump more, we can get more aggressive with our elbows, we can squat clean, we can be more patient with our arms… there’s plenty to work on.
And the even better news is that there is plenty of inspiration out there in terms of improving our skill. Train hard… train smart… practice your technique!
